Mobile Rehab Physical Therapy Inc. is owned and operated by two physical therapists, Lori Andersen, MA, MPT and Tami Toms, MPT. Mobile Rehab therapists travel to patients' homes to provide outpatient physical therapy. Mobile Rehab is a Medicare participating provider.

We believe good results rely on good treatments. Mobile Rehab therapists provide current treatment approaches proven to promote recovery. Our professional, yet personal approach builds health care relationships that involve patients in the healing process. This relationship includes preventive care and treatment for injuries or chronic conditions. After you heal we continue to manage your physical therapy care until you feel ready for total independence.
